Over the past five years since co-founding Fuego Football Academy alongside Jason, My core passion lies in the identification, mentoring, and long-term development of young players. I am particularly driven by the opportunity to nurture talent, guide players through their developmental stages, and support them in achieving clear and sustainable pathways within football.
In parallel with my coaching responsibilities, I have actively pursued continuous professional development. I have successfully completed the AFC C Diploma and am currently undertaking the AFC B Diploma, further strengthening my coaching credentials and deepening my understanding of high-performance player development frameworks.
My own playing journey began in local grassroots football, where I developed a strong foundation in the game before progressing into Sydney Juniors football at an early age. This pathway ultimately led me into the Sydney NPL system, where I competed throughout my youth career against strong opposition, further shaping my understanding of elite development standards and requirements.
